Apparently forgetting her son's two topless calenders, Carol explained Mark, 26, is a 'proud old fashioned boy' who 'might be bothered that other boys will be seeing his girlfriend like that.'
Although Carol added that she would love to see a lot of Michelle even adding she would be pleased to make her a permanent member of the family, she couldn't help but get her claws out about the Corrie actress.

Carol, who has appeared in TOWIE in her own right, obviously likes her son's new girlfriend, gushing: 'Michelle is a down-to-earth girl who gets on with the family, and I hope we see a lot more of her. In fact, I’d be more than happy to make her a permanent addition to the Wright family!'
Mark and Michelle, who plays Tina McIntyre in ITV soap Coronation Street, have remained coy over their relationship.

The pair were last spotted out together on Thursday evening dining out in Manchester - Mark wore a massive grin as they left a restaurant together with Michelle looking happy - no doubt that her Esssex boy had travelled up to see her.
Both have never publicly commented on their relationship but it is believed they got together last year.

After the heartbreak Mark's last relationship with former co-star Lauren caused Carol admits she is worried.
She said: 'It’s going to be hard for him to trust, after what he went through with her, and he’ll be very cautious, but he’s a real gentleman with Michelle, and he’d never mess her around.’
Speaking to FHM magazine about continually winning sexiest female awards, she said: 'I’ve changed a lot in the last couple of years. I’m comfortable in my own skin now, where I used to be quite shy.
'It’s really flattering, and even now when I win an award like that, it’s just unbelievable, because I think, “What the hell do they see?”, because I’m not like your typical sexy girl. I don’t think of me and think of sexy.'
