The 36-year-old, who has a 23-month-old daughter, Polly, son David, 17, and Emily, 15, lashed out on Twitter claiming she was being 'stalked online' by a 'loon', who was using the names of her children and their friends to try and build up fake accounts.
Coronation Street star Kym said she felt powerless, despite claiming to have told Twitter and Instagram about the problem - adding Facebook were more cooperative.

She later warned the perpetrator to stop saying it was 'very very creepy.'
Kym, who is married to former Hollyoak's star Jamie Lomas, is certainly not afraid of speaking her mind and added the online stalker had even been trying to create accounts in the names of her children's friends.

Meanwhile, Kym's actor husband Jamie is back in the United States looking for acting work.
He previously spent time in LA last Spring after leaving Hollyoaks for the second time in 2011.
At the time, Kym admitted it had been 'difficult' for them being so far apart.

The couple started dating in summer 2008, five months after Kym left her first husband, ex-EastEnder Jack Ryder.
They sadly lost their son Archie moments after birth in February 2009, but welcomed a healthy baby girl Polly together in March 2011.
