Catherine, who has played Eva Green in Coronation Street since 2011, has slimmed down from a size 22 10 years ago to her current svelte size 10 figure, and credits her personal trainer boyfriend, Sam Witter with helping her stay in shape.
She recently said: 'Most people's New Year's resolution is to get fit and lose weight but so many quit after a small amount of time. It all about finding a way of keeping going.'
