Belle of the ball: Catherine Tyldesley

She usually looks less than glamorous when she’s playing Eva Price in Coronation Street.
So it’s not surprising that Catherine Tyldesley wanted to go all out as she attended a charity ball with her boyfriend Sam Whitter on Saturday evening.
Looking as if she had stepped off the pages of a fairy-tale, the actress shimmered in a stunning dress at the Child Line event in Manchester.

The 29-year-old looked delighted as she posed in her flattering pearl coloured St. Moritz dress by The Pretty Dress Company, which reached just below her knees.

She teamed the well-fitted dress with a pair of high heels and a small clutch bag.
Her blonde hair looked particularly glamorous styled in big bouncy curls, while her make-up looked both sophisticated and sexy.

Standing beside her boyfriend she looked as pleased as punch perhaps because he looked so dapper in his suit.
The fitness guru wore a pin striped suit with a white shirt and a black tie and was freshly shaven for the event.
Ahead of their evening out it seems Catherine was thinking about her stomach and what she would be having for breakfast the next day.

For Catherine being healthy is a big part of her life and her and Sam have started up a health and fitness company called Sam & Cath.
Her healthy lifestyle comes after she suffered weight battles 10 years ago, wearing a dress size 22 and weighing 15st.

Now a size 10, she credits Sam with helping her keep trim.
She told the Sunday People recently: 'Most people's New Year's resolution is to get fit and lose weight but so many quit after a small amount of time. It all about finding a way of keeping going.'
Catherine and Sam have designed a special diet and exercise plan, explaining it's important to eat the food out bodies are designed for.
She said: 'The beauty of the plan is that it is sustainable, a lifestyle change that is not one of those fad diets.’
