She's not known to be the smartest celebrity on the box but surely even Helen Flanagan should know to get an early night before a big day at work.
But of course Helen, 22, wasn't one to waste an opportunity for a night on tiles despite making her presenting debut on This Morning the very next day.
The former Coronation Street actress, famous for playing Dozy Rosie in the soap, looked decidedly orange for her evening out.
Perhaps she wanted an extra glow for her TV presenting spot - mission accomplished!

Blonde Helen, who is no stranger to controversy after posting images of herself with a gun on the day of the first funerals in Sandy Hook, may have looked a little worse for wear after her evening at Hakkasan but she was up early tweeting about her upcoming presenting gig.
She wrote: 'Lovely day ahead, my first little bit of presenting for this morning, fashion piece.'
Seemingly embracing her classy new job Helen opted for a smart black gown for her evening out with a chic wrap.
Helen was joined at the fashionable eaterie by pregnant Black Eye peas singer Fergie, who was no doubt indulging her early cravings.

Of course the star, who famously admitted she can't style her own hair, wrapped her blonde hair up into her her trademark high bun.
She looked relatively make-up free for her night on the razz, perhaps as her spray tan was fresh on, so showed off her flawless skin,
Unusually the star, who is a fan of the bright colours, kept covered up on the chilly evening as she dined with a friend, keeping her wrap tightly wound over her shoulders.
