She recently revealed that she was ready to start a family and it looks like she has been getting some experience in.

Helen Flanagan was seen keeping her agent's son entertained as she played at being a parent on Friday afternoon.

The 22-year-old treated her friend's son to a private one-to-one lesson in shopping as the two hit the shops in Manchester.

The former Coronation Street star took the little boy to Harvey Nichols as she gave being a responsible adult a good go for the day.

Helen looked as pretty as ever as she showed off her perfect tan in a little black dress which she paired with a pair of brown wedges.

With her bottle blonde hair making her slightly resemble Marilyn Monroe, she took the kid for a test drive around Harvey Nichols.

Clearly understanding exactly how to keep children happy, she was seen carrying a Lego Star Wars box which she later gave to him.

While Helen pulled her silver travel case along the streets of Manchester she accessorised well with a lovely black Hermes handbag.

To top off the afternoon she played her trump card and gave the small child the one thing that all boys love - fast cars.

The pair jumped into her all white Audi R8 and after putting the convertible roof down they drove off in style, much to the boy's delight.

Last month she admitted that she wants to be pregnant by Christmas Day - and has vowed she will give up her beloved cigarettes when she conceives.

Speaking to the Daily Mirror, Helen said: 'I've always been really broody. We're thinking Christmas time - we've talked about it and everything.'

The blonde explained she was starring in three films this summer hence the six month deadline to become pregnant.

And despite rumours of her relationship with Manchester City player Scott, 24, being on the rocks, Helen insisted they were stronger than ever.

She added their romance was 'passionate' and said: 'We're very different people - he's one of the fastest footballers in the country and I can't even get up the stairs because I
