'We're so different, it's a joke' Helen Flanagan

Their four-year union was rumoured to have hit the rocks late last month after her 'clingy' behaviour put a strain on the relationship.
But Helen Flanagan has spoken out in defence of her romance with Manchester City footballer Scott Sinclair, admitting that while the pair 'get on each other's nerves', they are still very much a couple.
Opening up about her relationship, the 22-year-old actress - who was crowned Sexiest Woman in the UK by FHM magazine last week - explained the couple clash because they're 'so different it's a joke'.

Speaking in an exclusive interview with MailOnline, she said: 'It's a struggle to get him off the laptop, to be honest. All he's doing at the moment is watching box sets! We're so different, it's a joke.

'People always say they never see us together, but I can't get him off the couch after training. I try to get him to go out with me and he's like, "No, I'm tired". So we're very, very different people. He's very chilled and level-headed and I'm just not!
'We just get on each other's nerves sometimes, like everyone.'

The former Coronation Street star admitted she finds the intense scrutiny surrounding her private life hard to deal with at times, as she and Scott are just going through normal 'ups and downs' like any other couple.
Helen added: 'Everything is fine with Scott. I understand that I put myself in the public eye and I get that, but I feel like it's my private business and Scott is a very private person.
'We're just like any normal couple, everyone has arguments and ups and downs or whatever. But the difference is, because I'm in the public eye it becomes this huge story and more than it actually is.

'It's actually really draining. I was getting text messages from friends I haven't spoken to in a while saying, "Are you and Scott still together?"'
While Helen admitted she and Scott aren't ready to think about marriage just yet, she confessed she has been feeling broody since she was a teenager, and is keen to become a mother in the not-too-distant future.
She told MailOnline: 'I don't think I'm ready for marriage, but I've always wanted to have children. I always feel broody, I've been broody since I was about 18! I absolutely love children, I really really do.

'I probably would do it before marriage as I feel more ready to have a baby than get married. I think it would be an absolute dream to be a mum. I would love it.'
In spite of her label as a ditzy WAG, the former child star insisted she is 'clever', and admitted she finds it offensive when people ridicule her dream of furthering her education and broadening her horizons at university.
Helen explained: 'I do think I come across as ditzy, and it's really embarrassing. But I'm not stupid and if I was really that stupid, I wouldn't care. It can be a bit nasty.

'I was clever at school and not to feel sorry for myself, but it kind of makes you lose your confidence a little bit when people are always saying you're stupid.
'I'd like to go to university, but I don't like it that people feel the need to ridicule me for it.'
Helen also shunned her WAG label, but admitted Scott treats her to designer clothes from time-to-time, including a pair of £3,000 Christian Louboutin boots that she had her eye on for months.
She explained: 'I think the WAG label is funny, I'm not precious over stuff like that. I don't live like a WAG, when I go shopping it's because I've been working hard.
'I do love my designer clothes, I'm so bad. I love High Street as well though. The boots that Rita Ora and Rihanna have, my boyfriend got me those for Christmas.
'They were put on hold for four months, I was so excited to get them!
