'I do feel sad': Helen Flanagan

She has been open about her battle with depression and Bipolar and it seems that last night Helen Flanagan was suffering from a roller coaster of emotions.
The 23-year-old actress posted a series of messages to her social networking site telling fans she was sad and experiencing lots of 'ups and downs'.
In the middle of revealing her depressed emotional state Helen spoke of her joy at the news her sister had gotten engaged, which seemed incongruous with the other messages.

Happy news! Helen revealed that her sister is engaged and she tweeted her congratulations to the happy couple

Important role: Helen revealed that she is going to be bridesmaid for her sister 

Helen started by tweeted: 'I do feel sad ��x'
Before adding: 'There again my mood is suddenly massively changed.....'
'Just found out my beautiful sister is ENGAGED �� @flanagancouture hello brother in law @scholeseyy �� over the moon!!!!!!! Xxxxx'
And next she posted: 'So so happy can't wait to be a bridesmaid �� �� @flanagancouture love you �� xxx'
But after speaking of her excitement at her sister's happy news Helen's mood changed again.
She wrote: 'Weirdest few weeks. Really good ups and really bad downs. Sure it will just get more weird. �� Xxx.'

Cause of stress? Helen's relationship with Scott Sinclair has come under the spotlight in recent weeks with several reports the pair had split, which she denied 

It seems that her concerns affected her sleep and she tweeted she was having difficulty getting some rest.
On Tuesday Helen wrote: 'Need to sort out my sleep #heardthatbefore ��.'
While on I'm A Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here Helen revealed that the reason she left Coronation Street was because she was battling depression.
The fragile star admitted that at her lowest she even contemplated suicide.
Helen has revealed that she is on medication for Bipolar disorder and Attention Deficit Disorder but stopped taking it for a year and a half, culminating in a dark spiral into despair.
In recent weeks there have been several reports that Helen and her boyfriend Scott Sinclair have split, but the actress has denied the reports.
She has conceded that the pair do argue, but it's just a normal relationship.
Helen said: 'We're just like any normal couple, everyone has arguments and ups and downs or whatever. But the difference is, because I'm in the public eye it becomes this huge story and more than it actually is.'
'It's actually really draining. I was getting text messages from friends I haven't spoken to in a while saying, "Are you and Scott still together?"'
Things haven't all been negative in recent weeks and Helen was recently named the Sexiest Female in the UK by FHM magazine.
